By creating an account or using GradLaunch you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Who can use GradLaunch

You must be at least 18, or have consent from a parent or guardian, and give accurate information when you register.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Candidates

Qualifications, experience and documents you upload must be true and your own. False information may lead to account suspension.

4. Employers

Vacancies must be genuine and lawful, and comply with applicable employment laws in South Africa and the UAE, including fair and non-discriminatory hiring. Candidate information may only be used for recruitment.

5. Acceptable use

• No spam, scams, harassment or misleading content.
• No attempts to hack, scrape or disrupt the platform.
• No misuse of other users' personal information.

6. Content

You keep ownership of what you upload and give GradLaunch permission to display it to provide the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. No guarantees

GradLaunch connects people and organisations but does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes or legal compliance by any user.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, GradLaunch is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless mandatory UAE law applies to UAE users.
